Before you go to bed each night, give yourself a scalp massage. By your nightstand, keep a few oils on hand. Rosemary essential oil and peppermint essential oil are very stimulating for the scalp. If you use these oils to massage your scalp, you’ll be able to experience the cooling sensations. A scalp massage is a great ritual to help you relax before bed as well. In addition to using an essential oil, it’s a great idea to mix it with a carrier oil. Castor oil, olive oil and almond oil are great options to consider. Once you’re finished, make sure that you use a towel to get the oils off of your hands. You don’t want them to spread all over your sheets throughout the night.

2. Use herbal treatments.
. If you are dealing with an ailment such as a dry scalp or shedding hair, you can easily remedy these issues with herbs, teas and more. A great example involves using a lot of black tea bags. You can gather the bags and steep them in hot water. Once the tea has cooled down completely, do a black tea rinse for your hair. Do this process for a couple weeks as the caffeine will slow down the hair shedding. Herbal hair care are also excellent for targeting difficulties you may be having with your scalp as well as your strands.

3. Always deep condition your hair.
It’s also very important to maintain a strict deep conditioning treatment regimen. Your hair goes through a lot of wear and tear on a regular basis.
