Omega 3 for beauty

People around the world have recognized the importance of omega 3 for health and beauty. Studies proved the various benefits of these amazing fats. They are good for the prevention of cardiovascular disease, reduce triglyceride and bad cholesterol levels in the body, prevent prostate and breast cancer, provide relief in inflammatory diseases and assist in weight loss. Omega 3 is also known to be good for the skin . It can cure age-old acne and other problems related to the skin. I read an article from a health magazine that it is can also prevent prevent depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder. I believe an omega 3 supplement a day is good for people of all ages including children, teenagers and elderly people. Supplements in the form of fish oil capsules are easily available inĀ  the market. Why not include Omega 3 on your list ?
