Getting your bicycle ready to roll-off the weight

Since I was a child, riding bikes has been my hobby. I am one of those people who leisurely pedal around the block or over a flat stretch of scenic road for sheer pleasure. Now that I am getting older , my goal in biking is no longer for joy ride but for exercise. My motto is “No pain, no gain!” , so I am challenging myself to push my limit by cycling long distance with a higher speed. Goodbye to a 3-speed bicycle with softride bike rack and say hello to a 24-speed bicycle for more committed exercising. Thanks to  my hubby who’s been my encouragement in taking my cycling exercise  to a higher level.
