Going to the Tribes of Bukidnon

August 6th, 2011
It’s 12 days more to go before the big day of our church’s Thanksgiving anniversary. Lined up are different activities as part of the high light of this big event. Thanksgiving committees are now busy for the last minute preparations, adjustments, buys, practices and other needed things to do. The first activity that would commence of the 10-day festivities would be a Tribal medical mission in two separate areas in Bukidnon. The church would minister to hundreds of tribal people and tend their health needs. We would also have a feeding program for the children and giving of toys. This activity required us to send a team of Doctors, nurses, missionaries and church staff. As part of the things we need is an ample supply of medicines, nursing scrubs, syringes, gloves and a lot more. We will do a dental check-up too. This would be an exciting event as we look forward to reaching more or less 500 tribal people in Bukidnon.

Being the admin officer of the church, I was busy looking for the medical mission uniforms, I happened to visit this link http://www.blueskyscrubs.com/categories/Scrubs/Scrubs-for-Women/ and found trendy and chic scrubs for women. I will surely recommend this kind of uniform to our lady medical volunteers.

BAck to our medical mission, we are just counting day now and our friends and visitors from the UK, USA, Middle East and Asia are coming just for this event. Wow! 25 wonderful and fruitful years in the ministry! Thank You Lord!!!
