Part of Body Building Routine

Protein is necessary for the healthy growth, development and repair of our body cells . From our nails, hair to skin, organs, tissues and ligaments… they all need protein. When my hubby was still so engrossed with his workouts, he often times take Whey Protein as part of his body building routine. There are lots of sources of protein but it has one of the highest biological values of any protein supplement and is very kind on the digestive system.
