What Causes Insomia?

More and more people are having trouble falling asleep. Insomnia is a disease that is common nowadays. This may be brought by physical (genetic , hormonal changes or medication) , psychological( Depression & Stress) and temporary events ( Jet lag, working night shift & over-use of alcohol) . Although today’s prescription sleeping pills don’t carry the same level of risks of dependence and overdoses as sleeping pills of the past it is still necessary to see a doctor.
If your sleeping disorder is just occasional,then good for you. But if you are an insomniac desparately looking for a cure then you need treatment and correct information. Not all sleeping pills are created equal. Some work, some don’t.So Beware and be aware!
