On Acne and Eczema

September 16th, 2010
What is the difference between Acne and Eczema? I asked my brother who is a physician and I’ve learned that acne is considered as a common skin disease that a lot of people have. It can be a non-inflamed or inflamed pigmentations in the skin. Dirt and grime accumulates and bacteria thrive in the hair endings or follicles.

On the other hand, he said eczema is a considered as an inflammation of the epidermal layer and can result in dry and unhealthy skin cells. There are many classification of eczema thus my brother suggest to see a doctor for eczema treatment… before anything get worst.

Our son developed severe eczema all over his little body when he was just a few weeks old. It was so awful and we could not figure out what was causing it and there was not one of the MANY doctors we took him to that could help him either. Their only answer seemed to be steroids. I wanted to share though that our little boy is now so so so much better all because of his probiotic. He started taking Belly Boost chewables and within a few weeks his skin had cleared up dramatically. We just knew this was a miracle and I am a believer that probiotics have the power and ability to help others!
